Write about your family routine.

I’m 40 years old. I live in a small town in Piauí, in the northest Brasil. Every morning, I  have my breakfast and I go to work. I  like to listen music, to watch movies and to pratice sports in general, but my hobbie is to read good books.  I don´t have a car, but I have a motorcycle and I usually in weekend I like to ride with my motorcycle. My favorite dish is fish.

_ I study English three or four times a day.
How often do you go to the doctor during a year?
 _I hardly ever go to the doctor. I know it’s not right! But I promise to change my routine.

ATIVIDADE 2 - PRÁTICA PEDAGÓGICA I.

1. _ A civilização humana de um modo geral se fez por meio de guerras e conflitos sob o signo da dominação e conquista, onde os povos conquistados têm aprendido, por força da necessidade de sobreviver, o idioma dos conquistadores, e estes, por sua vez, no intuito de se fazerem entender, aprendiam a língua dos conquistados. Não havia,  no entanto, uma sistematização. Todo esse processo ocorria por força da dominação.

4. Das razões:
_  Chaguri (2005), sustenta que quanto mais cedo a criança tem contato com a LE (Língua Estrangeira), melhor será este aprendizado, tendo em vista que “as crianças assimilam uma LE, em particular o inglês, com maior naturalidade, quando começam mais cedo, pois desta forma poderão dedicar mais tempo ao aprendizado da língua alvo, acumulando um conhecimento maior e mais sólido;
_ Schütz (2005), por exemplo, afirma que há razões de ordem biológica, cognitiva, psicológica e ambiental para que a criança seja exposta a uma LE o mais cedo possível;
_ Também para Brown (1994), a linguagem desenvolve-se com mais eficácia durante a infância. Ele acredita que quanto mais cedo a criança é exposta a uma palavra (seja em LM ou em LE), maior será a retenção dessa palavra, e quanto mais engajada estiver a criança no processo de aprendizagem de uma LE mais rápido e com eficiência ela incorporará essas novas palavras.

ATIVIDADE 1 – PRÁTICA PEDAGÓGICA  I.

1. Das características da língua:
a) – Old English – 500 a 1100.
_ As invasões germânicas, em especial os Anglos, Saxões e Jutos, contribuíram para a formação inicial do Inglês Arcaico, também chamado Inglês Anglo-Saxão.
_ É interessante apontar que as diferenças entre o Old English e o Modern English não se dá apenas na escrita ou na pronúncia. A própria estrutura gramatical é diferente, com os substantivos e verbos sofrendo declinações semelhantes ao latim e ao alemão.
b) – Midle English – 1100 a 1500.
_ O que mais se percebe, de fato, é a grande influência do francês, uma vez que esse se torna o idioma da nobreza, que eram os normandos, enquanto que os camponeses, antigos donos da terra, de origem anglo-saxônica, eram também obrigados a aprender o idioma do conquistador.
_ O Midle English tem outra característica que o diferencia tanto do Old English como do Modern English, é a grande variedades de dialetos, a ponto de dificultar a comunicação.
c) – Modern English – a partir de 1500.
_ Segundo Schütz (2010, p. 4): O advento da imprensa em 1475 e a criação de um sistema postal em 1516  possibilitaram a disseminação do dialeto de Londres – já então, o centro político, social e econômico da Inglaterra.
_ Como parte central desse período histórico, temos a figura daquele que é considerado o maior escritor inglês de todos os tempos, William Shakespeare. Suas peças teatrais, seus sonetos, bem como seus longos poemas, são a representação maior da construção de uma identidade nacional inglesa, bem como a padronização do idioma.

2. – Respostas:
a) – Por causa das duas principais tribos germânicas que invadiram a Inglaterra nessa época.
b) – Entre outras coisas foi a de fazer da língua inglesa uma língua única na Europa, já que todos os outros idiomas, inclusive o português, possuíam (e ainda possuem) uma grande semelhança entre a escrita e a fala, uma vez que a primeira origina-se da segunda. Isso não ocorre no inglês, principalmente para os não-nativos.
c) – Sua vasta obra é caracterizada pelo uso altamente criativo do vocabulário conhecido, além da criação de muitas palavras novas, com a transformação de substantivos em verbos, verbos em adjetivos, adição de sufixos e prefixos e o uso inteligente de linguagem figurada.

3. _ Por que Língua Franca? Porque a Língua Inglesa de um modo geral, representa atualmente a língua dos negócios internacionais e das comunicações, inclusive na rede mundial de computadores, a Internet.

4. _ Expansão e Colonização: Com o início do processo de colonização das Américas, que se fortalece no século XVII, a língua inglesa passa a assimilar vocábulos das mais diversas origens. Já ao fim do século XVIII, a língua inglesa havia se espalhado por diversas partes do mundo.

5. _ Nos dias de hoje, a expansão da língua se dá, não mais pela colonização armada, de invasão e povoamento, mas através da imposição de valores culturais, como por exemplo, o cinema, a música pop ou o rock’n’roll.

6. _ AUSTRÁLIA.
a) – Nome  oficial: Comunidade da Austrália (em inglês: Commonweath of Australia).
b) – Localização  geográfica: Oceania
c) – Embora não tenha uma língua oficial, na Austrália, por estar tão arraigado, o inglês se tornou a língua nacional.
d) _ A Austrália também não tem uma religião oficial.
